Aekyung urgently provided 1 billion won worth of daily necessities for local residents affected by large-scale forest fires in Uljin, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and Samcheok, Gangwon-do. The support items are daily necessities worth 1 billion won, including laundry detergents, dental products, and droplet blocking masks necessary for daily life.
Aekyung held the 2021 Hope Package Sharing Ceremony with Love and Respect for needy neighbors in Seoul. Through this delivery ceremony, Aekyung provided 3,000 sets of hope packages worth 1 billion won, consisting of daily necessities such as detergents, shampoo, and toothpaste, personal hygiene products, and cosmetics.
LABCCiN, a brand specializing in hygiene, held a delivery ceremony to donate hand sanitizers. This hand sanitizer support was designed to express gratitude to medical staff who are dedicated to the front line of quarantine amid the COVID-19 pandemic as part of the "CLEAN to PROTECT" campaign conducted by LABCCiN. The CLEAN to PROTECT campaign is a campaign to take the lead in preventing and ending the spread of COVID-19.
Aekyung held a donation ceremony for "2021 Warm Companion, Beautiful Sharing." At a time when the unstable life continues due to the prolonged COVID-19, he donated 2.8 billion won worth of his products to single-parent families across the country to have a warm winter with neighbors in need. Aekyung provided a total of 2.8 billion won worth of its household goods and cosmetics, and donated personal hygiene management products such as hand sanitizers from "Rapshin," a brand specializing in hygiene, to manage personal hygiene for single-parent families.
Aekyung held a donation ceremony for "Cheer up, nursing officer, I'm proud of you, the Republic of Korea Armed Forces!" Aekyung decided to provide such support to express gratitude for the efforts of nursing officers and cadets who have served as examples of dedicated medical services in response to the crisis caused by the spread of COVID-19.
Aekyung 2021, cheer up! The donation ceremony for the Seoul Sharing Campaign was held. Aekyung delivered household goods and cosmetics such as laundry detergents and shampoos worth about 5.2 billion won in standard through the delivery ceremony. Aekyung has started the "Warm Companion, Beautiful Sharing" project to support low-income families and has been providing support for needy neighbors in Seoul for 10 years this year. So far, the company has donated about 26.3 billion won worth of goods

Aekyung held a delivery ceremony for "Sharing briquettes of love and respect.". At the delivery ceremony, Aekyung provided 8,890 briquettes for the vulnerable who are suffering from prolonged COVID-19. Aekyung has been holding a briquette sharing event since 2008 to deliver briquettes to neighbors in a difficult environment in our society for 14 years at the end of every year as part of sharing management with the community.
Aekyung held an event to make 'Kimchi', a Korean traditional food. Executives and local residents of Aekyung Cheongyang Plant attended the event and carefully made "Kimchi," a traditional Korean food for the underprivileged in the region. Kimchi's 120 boxes (10kg/box) made on this day were delivered to the elderly, single-parent families, and multicultural families who were alone in the village.
Aekyung held a "Love Hatter Campaign to Save Newborn Children" in which employees participated. This year, a total of 33 employees participated and completed a total of 84 hand-knitted hats. The hat-raising campaign is a project that has been underway for 12 years since 2010 as part of a campaign to save one life per person. The campaign to save newborns is a participatory donation activity that began with the aim of helping newborns die from hypothermia.

Aekyung has obtained re-certification as a "family-friendly company" from the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. Aekyung is △ Operation of Childbirth and Child Support System △ Flexible Work System △ Executing family-friendly programs and using family care leave △ Family-friendly work culture received good reviews and re-certification of family-friendly companies. In particular, major indicators of family-friendly management showed above average, and the family-friendly workplace system and culture were evaluated as stable.
Aekyung held a Healing Culture Experience Camp to Visit Dokdo and Ulleungdo for multicultural families. Aekyung decided to provide such support to help members of multicultural families feel pride and pride as citizens of the Republic of Korea.
Aekyung held a "delivery ceremony of cheering packages for students of talented people in Mapo-gu." Aekyung delivered 300 sets of cheering packages worth about 25 million won on a consumer basis for 300 talented students who have talents such as science, physical education, and music but cannot fulfill their dreams due to economic circumstances.
Aekyung held a "Book Donation of Love" delivery ceremony for local youth. The book donation ceremony began in 2014 to spread the right reading habits to children and adolescents in the community, marking its eighth anniversary this year, and delivered more than 1,000 books that teenagers must read.
Aekyung held a ceremony to deliver the Youth Scholarship Fund to mark the 36th anniversary of its foundation. In commemoration of the 36th anniversary of its foundation, Aekyung provided annual tuition to a total of 36 high school students from multicultural and migrant families.
Aekyung, a company of "love and respect," signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for a project to support unmarried parents. Aekyung actively cooperated with support for healthy independence and stable child rearing of unmarried parents through the signing of the MOU.

Aekyung earned an excellent grade of "A" in the "2021 ESG Evaluation" conducted by the Korea Corporate Governance Service (KCGS). Aekyung is in the ESG evaluation category △Environment (E) Sector B+ △Social (S) Sector A+ Governance (G) Division B+ △ESG integration grade A was obtained. Aekyung plans to take the lead in ESG management by developing eco-friendly packaging materials and creating a virtuous cycle ecosystem for plastic recycling in the future.
It introduced a single-material packaging material for 3kg refill products of Aekyung's flagship laundry detergent brand "SPARK." Aekyung changed the packaging material used in SPARK 3kg refill products from the existing composite material (vinyl OTHER) to a single material (vinyl LDPE*) to increase recycling and reduce carbon emissions.
Two types of "CERA-BARRIOME AMPOULE" released by Aekyung's balancing life beauty brand "FFLOW" have been certified as "vegan products" by the Korea Vegan Certification Institute. The two types of CERA-BARRIOME AMPOULE were certified as vegan by the Korea Vegan Certification Service by applying "vegan prescriptions" excluding animal ingredients without conducting animal tests in manufacturing and other processes.
Aekyung conducted activities to create Aekyung Lilac-road in Chiseongcheon Stream in Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. The creation of Aekyung Lilac-road is part of the "Chungcheongnam-do Ditching Project" jointly agreed by Aekyung, Chungcheongnam-do, and the Ditching Community.
Aekyung won the "Citation of the Minister of Environment for Resource Circulation Merit" from the Ministry of Environment. The award was recognized for its contribution to the formation of a resource circulation society by managing environmentally friendly companies and reducing waste at workplaces and promoting recycling.
Aekyung's first kitchen detergent brand ‘Trio’ and premium kitchen detergent brand ‘SoonSaem‘ have introduced raw materials extracted from Jeju lemon peel. Aekyung has started to realize regional win-win values by introducing raw materials that "upcycle" the shells of lemons produced in Jeju Island into its products.
